The first team to reach the red fill line was the winner. Team Green took home the prize with a time of 7 minutes and 10 seconds. Furrey and Holder each received a gift card for Whole Foods.
Employees are welcome to attend the weigh-ins and challenges, which are held every other Monday, at BHRI from noon until 1 p.m. Most events will take place in the In-service Education room on the ground floor and others will be held in the BHRI recreation therapy department. The next weigh in and challenge is April 23 in the In-service Ed room.
We hope the contest will inspire others to begin their own fitness and weight-loss program and find a healthier lifestyle.
